Sales Edition

Stop paying $30/month for a tool you can’t use.

You have a Microsoft 365 Copilot license. It should be saving you hours. Instead, it gives you vague summaries and robotic emails nobody would send. These playbooks fix that — with tested, copy-paste prompt sequences built for real sales workflows.

4 playbooks · 12 prompt sequences · Interactive HTML file · One-time purchase

Copilot is powerful.
The prompts you’re using aren’t.

Microsoft spent billions building Copilot. Then they gave you a text box and said “figure it out.”

Meanwhile, 60% of your meetings are ad hoc, chats outside business hours are up 15% year-over-year, and nearly half your colleagues describe their workday as chaotic. Copilot was supposed to fix that. Generic prompts from blog posts won’t.

Each playbook in this collection is a multi-step sequence, not a single prompt. Because Copilot almost never nails it on the first try — but with the right sequence, it nails it on the third.

How Each Playbook Works

Not prompts. Sequences.

Every playbook follows the same proven structure. Open it, fill in your details, copy the prompts, get results.

1

The Scenario

A specific moment from your week. “It’s 4pm Tuesday, you just finished a call...” So you know exactly when to reach for this playbook.

2

The Prompt Sequence

2–3 prompts that build on each other. Fill in your variables, copy, paste into Copilot. Each step sets up the next one for better output.

3

When It Breaks

Copilot will fail sometimes. Each playbook includes specific troubleshooting for the most common failures — and how to recover without starting over.

FAQ

Questions before you buy.

Do I need a Microsoft 365 Copilot license?
Yes. These playbooks are specifically for Microsoft 365 Copilot (the $30/month add-on). They won’t work with the free Bing/Edge Copilot or with ChatGPT. If your company has given you a Copilot license, you’re good to go.
What format is the product?
A single interactive HTML file. Open it in any browser, works offline. It has copy buttons that put prompts directly into your clipboard, and variable fields where you fill in prospect names, your product, etc. — the prompts update automatically.
I can find free Copilot prompts online. Why pay for these?
Free prompt lists — even the ones with 300+ entries — give you single, generic prompts like “summarise this meeting.” These playbooks give you multi-step sequences designed for specific sales workflows, with troubleshooting for when Copilot fails, sample outputs, and variable injection. The difference is between a list of ingredients and a tested recipe.
Will these work with Dynamics 365 / Salesforce Copilot?
These playbooks target the standard Microsoft 365 Copilot experience — Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and M365 Chat. If you also have Copilot for Dynamics 365 or Salesforce, the playbooks still work for the M365 side of your workflow. CRM-specific playbooks may come in a future edition.
What if Copilot updates and the prompts stop working?
We update the playbooks regularly as Copilot evolves, and current buyers receive those updates at no extra cost. You’ll get an email with the updated file — re-download and you’re current.
Can I share this with my team?
Each purchase is a single-user license. If you want to equip your whole team, reach out at hello@copilotplaybooks.com for team pricing.
